Celebrities celebrate with TC
Aside from the high-powered musical delights from the likes of DJ Javvy Supreme, Panhead and Spracket, Shukkle Bus and Bishop Escobar, the birthday celebration for social media influencer and former reality show star TC attracted several members from the entertainment fraternity.
Held recently at the National Stadium, the event dubbed Show Off Your Melanin: Different Shades of Brown, which was sponsored by Magnum Tonic Wine, saw the likes of dancehall artistes Popcaan and Laa Lee as well as football star Leon Bailey among several others.
In an interview with the Jamaica Observer’s Splash, TC (real name Keticia Chatman) thanked the people who came out to help her commemorate another milestone.
“I feel really blessed and thankful it’s not just a celebration of another year of life, but also a time to appreciate my accomplishments. This birthday was a special occasion to celebrate, especially with my supporters who have played a significant role in my success. Thanks to everyone who came out and supported the party,” said TC.
She added: “It was a great vibe and I really love R&B music, so you got a little bit of that as well as dancehall and some gospel, because God haffi inna everything. It was fun!”
TC who has been associated with a number of corporate brands in the capacity as brand ambassador says she has a few things on the cards for this year.
“I’m always working and constantly pushing myself. Right now, we have some stuff in the pipeline, but I can’t share as yet but stay tuned by following my socials,” she said.
Dubbed as one of the top influencers of 2021, TC competed in the reality television series
Dancin’ Dynamites before joining the Orville Hall-led Dance Xpressionz. She later became a member of dancehall artiste Spice’s Team Spice dance ensemble and, three years ago, she became a cast member of DSR’s
Dancehall Life reality web series which was a hit with fans.
