One of the leading managed IT services provider in Jamaica, tTech Limited, continued its commitment to youth development by partnering with the STEAMHouse Network for Girls in ICT Day 2024.

As part of the Girls in ICT Day 2024 activities, the IT service company collaborated with education hub STEAMHouse to undertake a comprehensive programme throughout April to engage girls from various high schools across Jamaica. The programme included school pop-ups, with panel discussions, mentorship, and workshop sessions and the CreatHer Hackathon competition.

In aiming to inspire and empower young ladies to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics (STEAM), particularly in ICT fields, members of the tTech team provided mentorship and guidance to the students while showcasing some of the exciting opportunities available in tech. The team also highlighted its commitment to diversity and female leadership.
