Man arrested after firearm and ammo seized in Kingston

KINGSTON, Jamaica—A man was arrested in connection to the seizure of a firearm and several rounds of ammunition during a police operation on Sandy Park Road in Kingston 6 on Wednesday, June 10.

The identity of the man is being withheld pending further investigations.

Reports are that the team conducted a search of the premises, during which a 9mm pistol, two magazines, and thirteen 9mm rounds of ammunition were found.
