One Park at the Food Awards
One Park Restaurant and Lounge delivered a standout showcase at the recent Jamaica Observer Food Awards, presenting a seamless blend of design, gastronomy and mixology that captivated guests and industry stakeholders alike.
The visually striking booth was brought to life through a collaboration between Swing It Production, Arts Chic Agency, and Jamaica Arts Holdings, with the overall design direction led by the One Park directors. Together, the partners created a space that reflected One Park’s culinary identity and contemporary approach to hospitality. The experience was further enhanced by premium audiovisual production and sound provided by Silent 360 and Renaissance Jamaica.
At the heart of the experience was a carefully curated menu by award-winning Chef Judah Ellis, who was also honoured at the event with the Innovative Menu Award. Chef Ellis’s menu offered bold Caribbean flavours through refined techniques.
Complementing the menu was an impressive selection of cocktails notably the Kingston Negroni, Lychee Martini, and Rosemary Paloma.
Guests were entertained throughout the evening by DJ Gabby and DJ Delano from Renaissance Sound, whose sets added to the vibrant atmosphere and energy of the One Park booth.
The showcase reflected One Park’s commitment to delivering experiences where exceptional food, thoughtfully crafted beverages, design, and music come together to create memorable moments. Its presence at theJamaica Observer Food Awards further reinforced the brand’s position as one of Jamaica’s exciting and evolving culinary destinations.
