Plié for the Arts’ 10th anniversary
Saturday Social keeps the spotlight firmly on Plié for the Arts’ 10th-anniversary showcase, Amalgamation, following opening night at the Little Theatre on Saturday, August 29. From the stirring opening of Plié Collective’s Carmina Burana (choreographed by Ilya Jivoy) to Parsons Dance’s Caught (choreographed by David Parsons), and Complexions Contemporary Ballet’s dazzling suite of Ave Maria, Mercy, and Love Rocks (choreographed by Dwight Rhoden), the performances kept the full house spellbound from start to finish.
