Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and allergy-conscious options are also becoming part of normal event planning rather than afterthoughts.

For destination weddings, wellness can extend across the entire weekend through morning yoga, spa experiences, fresh juice and smoothie stations, healthier welcome amenities and lighter morning-after brunches.

The idea is simple: Enjoy yourself tonight and still feel good tomorrow.

A New Definition of Luxury

None of this means taking the fun out of weddings. Serve the Champagne, cake and late-night comfort food. Just remember that not everyone drinks, eats meat, wants fried food, or smokes.

The strongest interpretation of the wellness trend isn’t restriction. It is choice.

Luxury hospitality has always been about anticipating what guests might want before they have to ask. For today’s couples, that increasingly means creating a celebration where different lifestyles can comfortably coexist.
