Gas prices up $3.06, diesel down $0.25
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see an increase at the pumps in the price of gasoline effective Thursday, September 24, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
After an increase of $3.06, 90-octane will be sold for $220.38 per litre, while 87-octane will be sold for $212.68 per litre, up by $3.06.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $249.38 per litre after a decrease of $0.25, and ultra-low sulphur diesel will be sold for $268.58 per litre, down by $0.25.
Kerosene decreased by $0.25 and will be sold for $217.91 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $76.52 per litre, down by $1.14, and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $91.19 per litre, after a decrease of $0.25
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-up to these prices.
