What women lie about
WE all can agree that both men and women lie, but there are some lies that are told that have become a trademark for either sex – lies that are easily identified as being male or female.
What are some of the things women lie about?
Eileen, 28:
I lie about my age. I used to lie about my age when I was younger. I have always looked big for my age, and so when I was 15 I’d tell people I was 19. But now that I’m getting older, I look older than my age. Isn’t life funny?
Shawn, 36:
Women lie about everything. Back in the day, if you asked a girl if her hair was hers, she would say ‘yes, I’m mixed with Indian’.
Brian, 26:
I have met women who have lied about the amount of children they had. One lady told me she had two kids and it turned out she had five. Some women will also lie about their marital status, saying they are single when they live at home with their men.
Keniesha, 36:
I lie about my age all the time. I have been celebrating my thirty-second birthday for the past two years now. I don’t feel bad for doing it.
Kimberly, 31:
I have lied about my sexual history, but who hasn’t?
