Beware those fake friends!
It’s approaching year end, the time when you should be looking forward to the new year, and dropping some of the baggage that accompanied you in 2016. For some people, this includes purging their contact lists, as well as those people they may hang with in social situations – ditching the fake friends. The CIA agentThe smile with, kill withThe ride for life
Many of us cling to others because of the benefits they bring to the relationship, and not necessarily because of how they can contribute to our growth and development. So, should you be restocking your friends’ list?
There are three types of friends:
This is the friend who hangs around because you share similar objectives. They see you in the food industry and you are stable and successful so they cling to you because that is where they want to be. They hang around to see how you handle your affairs in order to run with that formula and race against your empire.
This is the friend who pretends to have your best interests at heart, but it’s only because they want to find out all they need to break you. Many people get trapped with these types as they look real, but should you dig into their characters, they are filled with envy, jealousy and hate.
This is the friend who is totally for you and truly desires to see you succeed whether it is with your career or having a family. They are totally for you and once you are happy, they are happy, and that is revealed in how they relate to you and how happy they are with your success.
You need to analyse your list of friends, assess their characters, and really eliminate some of these people for 2017.
