When baby wreaks havoc
Traditionally, a baby is supposed to signal a couple’s bond, but unfortunately, today some people use babies as traps or tools to break couples apart.
This includes instances where women on the side use children to trap married men, wreaking havoc on families. What would you do in such a situation?
ET:
My husband cheated and this happened and we fixed it. It wasn’t easy for me to forgive him and accept his baby especially since I had none for him. But I love my husband to the bone and I wasn’t about to walk away from almost two decades of marriage.
Andrea:
I know of couples who worked it out so it is possible for it to be resolved decently, but for me, I wouldn’t be working out anything. It is past disrespectful and it is also telling me that I am not enough so he had to dabble in someone else’s cookies.
TG:
I would have to leave him. He would have had to have sex with her unprotected to get her pregnant, which means he would have exposed me to things. That cannot be love so I would have to back out of that situation.
CJ:
I couldn’t look past that. There are things I can overlook but cheating and getting a baby – no thanks!
