Executive and Director Changes
Gary Peart was appointed as a member of Lasco Distributors Limited’s audit committee, effective May 26.
Dr Derrick McKoy has resigned as a director of the Jamaica Stock Exchange Limited, effective May 19.
Christopher Dehring has resigned as a director of KLE Group Limited, effective May 24.
Ian Chinapoo has resigned as an executive vice-president, chief financial officer and director of Massy Holdings Limited, effective September 30. Chinapoo has been appointed as the chief financial officer of Guardian Holdings Limited, effective October 1, and takes over from Ravi Tewari.

A related party of Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL) sold 2,004,210 shares between May 20 to 24, with senior managers purchasing 1,988,210 shares during the same period. A connected party purchased 10,000 SVL shares between May 20 to 24. A senior officer of GraceKennedy Limited acquired 4,380 shares on May 20. A director of EduFocal Limited purchased 77,294 shares between May 16 to 25. A director of QWI Investments Limited purchased 1,000,000 shares for $0.80 on May 24. A director of Barita Investments Limited sold 56,440 shares on May 19. A connected party of PanJam Investments Limited purchased 3,478 shares on May 24. A senior manager of Fontana Limited sold 18,355 shares on May 17. A connected party of Mayberry Investments Limited purchased 638,967 shares while a senior manager sold 614,195 shares on May 25. Eppley Caribbean Property Fund – Value Fund repurchased 200 shares on May 16 under its share buy-back programme.
Caribbean Cream Limited’s audited financials have been further delayed and should be filed on or before June 17. The annual report should be published by July 28.
JMMB Group Limited’s (JMMBGL) audited financial statements have been delayed from May 30 and should be filed by today. As a result of the delay, PROVEN Investments Limited’s audited financials have been delayed since they classify JMMBGL as an associate company.
JMMBGL has declared a dividend of $0.25 to be paid on July 11 to shareholders on record as of June 10. This payment totals $488.89 million.
Fontana Limited has declared a dividend of $0.10 to be paid on June 24 to shareholders on record as of June 9. This payment totals $124.94 million and is 25 per cent higher than last year’s payment.
Lasco Manufacturing Limited has declared a dividend payment of $0.10 to be paid on June 29 to shareholders on record as of June 10. This payment totals $413.29 million and is 38 per cent higher than last year’s payment.
Lasco Distributors Limited has declared a dividend of $0.09 to be paid on June 29 to shareholders on record as of June 10. This payment totals $315.96 million and is 38 per cent higher than last year’s payment.
Eppley Caribbean Property Fund – Value Fund’s and Carreras Limited’s board will consider interim dividend payments at their respective board meeting tomorrow.
