On Tuesday, December 12 regional cybersecurity firm CyberEYE Caribbean executed its official launch event and summit held at the AC Hotel in Kingston.
Powered by the theme ‘Existential 2023 – Protecting Jamaica’s businesses from increasing global cyber threats’, the event, which featured a range of insightful discussions, was attended by a number of local cyber and IT experts, who also used the opportunity to welcome the start of operations by the Caribbean company on local soil. The event, in bringing together over 150 industry experts, government officials and other members from academia and the business community, focused heavily on the need to strengthen cybersecurity in the region.
