Man linked to Rose Heights triple murder among St James most wanted
ST JAMES, Jamaica — The police have listed several men as wanted for various crimes within the St James Police Division.
On Thursday morning, Superintendent in charge of the Division, Carlos Russell, named the men who are wanted for various crimes ranging from escaping custody to murder.
They are:
Tadjay ‘Fathead’ Clarke, who is from Salt Spring in the parish. Clarke is wanted in connection with a triple murder that took place in Rose Heights on May 25.
Chadwell Frazer, Chamario Calvin and Toni-Ann Reid were shot and killed by armed thugs while at a party in the community. Music producer Linval Thompson Jr, popularly known as ‘Shab Don’, has already been charged in relation to the incident.

Two of the other men on the list are wanted in connection with double murders.
Christopher ‘Big Foot’ Campbell is being sought in connection with the shooting death of Suewaine Pennicott and Barrington Clarke in Norwood on June 4 this year.
Oran Dunn, of Paradise Crescent, is wanted for the murders of Okon Johnson and Patmore Johnson in 2017. They were also killed in Norwood.
The others on the list are:
Romaine ‘Dutchman’ Thorpe, who is wanted for the murder of Rohan ‘Ratty’ McCarthy, who was killed in 2020.
Kenroy ‘Ticka’ Roach, who is being sought for the murder of Jermaine Brown in Hopeton district in 2021.
Leon ‘Foota’ Higgins, who is wanted for the 2018 murder of Jordon Black in Rose Heights.
Shaquille Brown, who is wanted for the murder of Romario Chin on William Street in 2019.
Shane Morgan, who is being sought in connection with the murder of Leonardo Martin, a customer service representative from Porto Bello.
Joshua ‘Josh Haulage’ Anderson, who is wanted for the murder of Christine Johnson-Vaughn in 2016 in Bogue Village.
Cliff Henry, who is wanted for the murder of Logan Griffiths in Rhyne Park in 2016.
Marshall ‘Rasta’ Dillion, who is wanted for the murder of Kishane Haughton in 2013.
“These persons are considered armed and dangerous and we are asking these men to turn themselves in at the nearest police station,” Russell urged.
“We’re also asking the citizens of St James or adjoining parishes, if they know the whereabouts of these men, they are to contact the nearest police station or they can call 311 or 119. I also want to let persons know that it is an offence to harbour a fugitive and persons can be charged for doing so,” he added.
