Body of unidentified male found in Bull Bay gully

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The body of an unidentified male was seen lying face down in a gully in Nine Miles, Bull Bay, St Andrew, today, May 20.

The police believe the deceased was in his fifties. The body is slim build and is about 163 centimetres (5 feet 4 inches) long. It was clad in a blue merino, blue and white stripe boxers and a pair of black socks.

Reports from the Bull Bay Police are that about 2:35 am residents heard explosions and summoned them. Upon their arrival, a man was seen lying in a pool of blood with what appeared to be gunshot wounds.

Anyone with information that can assist the police in identifying this body is being asked to contact the Bull Bay Police at 967-6810, Police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
