E-3 whip Elim in community league

A double strike from Kemar Allen helped defending parish champions E-3 to a well-deserved 3-1 victory over Elim in the Claro/INSPORTS All-Island Community Football Championship in Lacovia, St Elizabeth on Saturday.

Allen scored in the 38th and 39th minutes of the first half to put his side in a commanding position. Shadeque McLeish then extended the gap on 73 minutes, while Sheldon Pusey grabbed the consolation in time added on.

Meanwhile, in the early game Cheapside eased by Valley Uplifters 2-0 with Owen Smikle (25th) and Dimitri Campbell (62nd) getting the goals.
