Sex offenders wanted
THE police in charge of the Area Five division, which includes the police divisions of St Catherine North, St Catherine South, St Andrew North and St Thomas, have named five wanted sex offenders.
They are Wilson Connell Minott, Mandraka Williams, Orville Potter, Christopher Hibbert and Gavin Hugh Palmer.
Wilsom Connell Minott, also known as ‘Gold Teeth’ or ‘Willie’ is about 41 years old, five feet, eight inches tall, medium build and of dark complexion. His last known address is Collie Lane in Bog Walk, St Catherine. He frequents areas such as Magazine Lane, West Prospect in Bog Walk, and Spanish Town.
Minott is wanted for rape.
Mandraka Williams, otherwise called ‘Draka’ is also wanted for rape. The police have been trying to nab Williams since August last year. He is to be questioned on several rape offenses. Williams is about five feet, nine inches tall, medium build and of dark complexion. The police said Williams has small ears, thick lips a straight nose and a high forehead. His last known address is Zambia in Central Village, St Catherine. He has been said to frequent areas such as Zambia, and Steer Town in St Ann.
Orville Potter is about 53 years old, five feet, seven inches tall, slim build and is of dark complexion. He has greying hair which is usually worn cut low or bald. The police said Potter is known to drive a white car, the make and model of that car is unknown. His last known address is Festival Road off Whitehall Avenue in St Andrew.
Potter is wanted for carnal abuse.
Also of Festival Road is Christopher Hibbert, also known as ‘Chris’. He is 21 years old, about five feet, eight inches tall and medium build. He is of dark complexion and wears a low cut hairstyle. Hibbert has both ears pierced, discoloured teeth and spots on his hands and feet. He is wanted for rape and incest.
The police said there is no reported link between these two men.
Gavin Hugh Palmer, who allegedly was a teacher at a Preparatory School in St Thomas is wanted for three counts of rape. It was also reported that he had been teaching at a school in Montego Bay up until June of last year. Palmer’s last known address is Retreat in St Thomas. It was reported that he also frequents areas of Montego Bay, St James and Norbrook and Liguanea, St Andrew.
