Roscoe Dash vs Kanye and Wale
Upcoming artiste Roscoe Dash has been complaining to his fans on popular social networking site-Twitter. He claims that he had assisted Kanye West and Wale with writing some of their material, but did not receive any credit. He stated things like:
“Can’t do favours for n***as bcuz no matter how humble and generous u r to ppl n***as will take everything u have. Even n***as u look up to. The most talented ppl get the least credit for everything and the crazy part is they put in the MOST work. But EVERYTHING must eventually come to the light… I’m only speaking on this publicly bcuz there are so many ppl who wanna be apart of the industry but dnt kno half of the s**t that goes on… After getting off the phone with @wale I feel like I need to clarify I WROTE THE HOOK for lotus flowerbomb’ not his verses.”

Kanye and The CIA
ACCORDING to to www.bet.com and www.wired.com, the famous rapper Kanye West, had met the former CIA director George Tenet. West had stated this fact in his song Clique which featured heavy hitters JayZ and Big Sean. Tenet had left his chief position in the CIA in 2004 after supporting the claim that Saddam Hussein possessed devices capable of creating mass destruction.
West rapped: “Yeah, I’m talking business, we talking CIA/I’m talking George Tenet, I seen him the other day/He asked me about my Maybach, think he had the same/Except mine tinted and his might have been rented.”
Tenet’s spokesman Bill Harlow, confirmed that West and Tenet did actually run into each other earlier this year. This happened while Tenet was leaving a business meeting in New York. They had their respective associates familiarise them with each other. They spoke for a little while and then Harlow said “The next thing you know, it’s recorded history.” However, he also indicated that “There was no discussion of Maybachs. Tenet doesn’t drive one — rented, leased, owned or otherwise.”
So yes, West had taken poetic license, but his story is more or less accurate.
