Serbia defeat Boyz 2-1
KINGSTON, Jamaica — An 87th minute penalty save by goalkeeper Andre Blake kept the score at 1-2 as the Reggae Boz lost to Serbia in an international friendly at the Red Bull Stadium in New Jersey, USA ending a short while ago.
Serbia led 2-0 at the break scoring in the 13th and 22nd minutes. But the Reggae Boyz lifting their game on the resumption pulled one back in the 52nd minute through a well placed header from Michael Seaton.
This is the first in a four-match series of friendly internationals that the Reggae Boyz will be contesting. Jamaica, on the tour, will face Switzerland on May 30 in Lucern, Egypt in London on June 4 and World Cup winner France in Lille four days later.
