Condolences, Roger

A condolence book was opened last week at the offices of the St Elizabeth Parish Council for the late agriculture minister Roger Clarke.

Clarke, a former Mayor of Black River died in Florida on Thursday, August 28 from what is believed to be a heart attack.

He was at the airport awaiting a flight home following back surgery and rehab when he collapsed.

A release from the parish council said the condolence book is open to the public between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm on weekdays.
