TELECOMMUNICATIONS firm LIME is reminding patrons that they must have tickets to enter the three slated venues for this weekend’s Manning/daCosta Cup match-ups in the LIME Super Cup.

Tickets are free for all matches, however, according to Carlo Redwood, LIME’s VP of Marketing, “entry to LIME Super Cup matches will be on first-come-first-serve basis”.

“Patrons are being implored to come early as each venue can only hold a certain capacity. Also, matches will be starting on time and ending on time,” he said.

The tickets will be free of cost for all venues and distribution has been taking place at selected LIME stores in Montego Bay and Kingston. A portion of the tickets have also been allotted to each participating school.

Selected were the top-eight Manning and daCosta Cup teams to compete in a four-week knockout tournament. Manning Cup participants comprise seven group winners and the top second-place team, while the daCosta Cup comprises eight winners of the inter-zone round. There are 16 teams in total that will be participating.

The first round of the single game knockout tournament, which will kick off today, will comprise two triple-headers and a double-header. The two triple-header matches will take place at Catherine Hall in Montego Bay and the National Stadium commencing at 2:00 pm, while the single double-header will take place at Sabina Park commencing at 3:00 pm.
