Five Jamaican high schools to participate at All Heat TC Relays

CALABAR, St Jago, Kingston College (KC), Jamaica College (JC) and Wolmer’s Boys are set to participate at the 2015 Atlanta All Heat Track Club (TC) Relays scheduled for today and tomorrow at the Langston Hughes High School in Fairburn, Atlanta, Georgia.

The event is powered by Smart Meet.

According to event organisers, their goal is to have a Southern version of the Penn Relays and they are working diligently to gather multiple teams from all over the country, including Trinidad and Tobago, Dominican Republic and the US Virgin Islands.

St Jago, KC and JC departed the island eariler in the week, while Calabar and Wolmer’s Boys departed the island yesterday from the Norman Manley International Airport.

The St Jago team consist of David Edmondson, Tajae Bryan, Kyle Sanderson, Jahari Taylor and coach Christopher Harley.

Members of Calabar’s team are Daniel Bogle, Reyando Wilson, Christopher Taylor, DeJour Russell, Aykeeme Francis, Alex Robinson, Anthony Carpenter, coach Omar Hawes and team manager Andrea Harding.
