No one charged in death of six-year-old
ST ANN, Jamaica —The St Ann police have reported that no one has yet been charged in relation to the death of the six-year-boy whose body was found in Runaway Bay on Monday, a day after he was reported missing.
Daniel Anderson, a student of the Runaway Bay All Age School, went missing after his father sent him to collect money from a friend on Sunday. His body was found by residents who were searching for him.
Superintendent Wayne Cameron, head of the St Ann police, said no one has been charged with the death of the child.
However, as the police continue their investigations, Cameron said charges are expected to be laid under the Child Care and Protection Act soon.
