Gun seized in Allman Town

KINGSTON, Jamaica – The Kingston Central Police Division is reporting the seizure a firearm during an operation on Regent Street in Allman Town, Kingston this morning.

Reports are that about 6:00am lawmen were in the area when a house which was occupied by a man was searched and a Glock 9mm pistol found.

The occupant was subsequently taken into custody however his identity is being withheld pending further investigations.
