20-y-o pillion rider dies in Hanover crash

HANOVER, Jamaica – Emanie Queensborough, a 20-year-old sales representative from Top Hill in Bull Savannah, St Elizabeth, who was a pillion rider on a motorcycle, was killed in a traffic crash along the Tryall main road in Hanover yesterday.

Reports are that Queensborough died when the motorcycle she was travelling on collided with a white Toyota Corolla motor car about 3 o’clock.

Both the car and the motorcycle were reportedly travelling in an easterly direction towards Hopewell, when the motorcycle reportedly crashed into the back of the car.

The driver of the motorcycle is currently in hospital in serious condition, while the driver of the car reportedly suffered minor injuries.
