Flow and Advantage Communications Limited (ADV) yesterday signed a partnership agreement that sets the stage for Flow’s multi-million dollar investment to repatriate its Customer Call Centre of Excellence to Jamaica. Some 400 Jamaicans are expected to be hired by July 2016 for the centre.
