Holmwood schoolboys in police custody following stabbing incident
MANCHESTER, Jamaica – The Manchester police have confirmed that two boys, who are students of Holmwood Technical High in northern Manchester, are now in police custody.
Their arrest reportedly stemm from a stabbing incident during a dispute on the school compound on Wednesday.
Police say another schoolboy was wounded in the incident and that he is now in hospital.
Investigations are ongoing to determine what caused the fracas, the police say.
Efforts by OBSERVER ONLINE to contact principal of the Holmwood Technical High School, Paul Bailey, for a comment were unsuccessful.
