4-y-o found dead in parked vehicle in Bahamas

NASSAU, Bahamas (CMC) — An autopsy is expected to be performed on a four-year-old girl, Monday, after she was found in a parked vehicle in a housing development complex over the weekend.

The authorities said that the girl “was found unresponsive” in the vehicle and she was “given emergency medical treatment and conveyed to hospital” where she was pronounced dead on Saturday.

In a brief statement, the police did not disclose the name of the child or provide any other family details, noting only that “an autopsy will be performed to determine the exact cause of death”.
