#Champs2023: An ‘immaculate’ pair for Class 4 Girls’ 100m final
KINGSTON, Jamaica – The Immaculate Conception High pair of Kayla Johnson and Naje Brown lead the qualifiers of the Class 4 Girls’ 100m final scheduled for later today at the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys’ and Girls’ Championships at the National Stadium.
Johnson clocked a time of 12.11 seconds to win semi-final two, while her teammate Brown won her race in 12.26 seconds.
Maria Baker of Holmwood Technical was the other winner on the day. She qualified with 12.67 seconds.
The other finalists are Gabrielle Morgan of Hydel High, Gianna Murray of Mount Alvernia High, St Jago’s Martina Parkes and Trecia-Ann Grant and Tresha-Lee Sutherland of Clarendon College.
They will contest the final of the event at 7:27pm.
