On Saturday, April 8, socaphiles opted to rise and shine with the Frenchmen family at their beachside soca fete Rise Up! Locals, as well as visitors who were on the island for the Easter holidays, flocked the Pearly Beach for the brunch-inclusive cooler party.
Rags waved and bodies swayed as the deejays on duty spun the top soca hits with a ‘tups’ of dancehall to spice things up.
