Living to 104 years is no small feat and for Velma Stephens this is nothing short of a blessing. Stephens, whose maiden name Worrell, was welcomed into the world on September 19, 1919. She was married twice and bore 12 children.
Stephens, who has resided in the Rivoli community in Spanish Town for over 40 years, after she left England where she had lived for some time, is held in high esteem by fellow residents.
