Problems with Flow service resolved

Dear Claudienne,

I have been having a serious issue with Flow Jamaica restoring my Internet service since I reported the matter on December 27, 2023. On the same day I reported the matter a representative called me to set an appointment for December 29, 2023, between 12 & 5 pm. On the 28/12/2023 a technician called to ask if someone was at the premises at the moment. He was told that no one was there and I informed of my appointment date.

On the appointed date no technician called or showed up. However, when I called the Flow 100 number to ask why the technician had not come, I was informed that the technician had reported/logged that the customer had rescheduled the appointment to 30/12/2023 between 12 & 5 pm. This was not true.

I once again waited for a technician to come and fix the problem and again, he did not come or call. I called Flow 100 again and this time I was told that the technician reported that he had no access to the premises. I was then told that a technician would visit on the 31/12/2023 but he did not come.

I have called Flow 100 almost everyday since and have been told that they will escalate the matter.

On January 21, 2024 I called again and was informed that the ticket number that I was issued with was closed on January 12, 2024 due to “no access to the premises”, and a new ticket was created. I was not informed of the new ticket number.

No one has directed me to the department that can resolve my issues and I have only been able to report my issue through calling or WhatsApping Flow. However, this does not work.

I seek your assistance in resolving this issue with Flow Jamaica.
