A Night of Fortune and Flavour at the Food Awards
The Acropolis booth proved to be a winning bet at the recent Jamaica Observer Table Talk Food
Awards. Embracing a high-stakes casino theme brought to life by Major Marketing and Blossom Concepts, Chef Shea Stewart delivered a high-roller menu that left patrons feeling incredibly lucky! The crowd-pleasing line-up included the Black Jack: Blackened jerk chicken satay with a honey-tamarind glaze and toasted black sesame seeds; the Roulette: A crispy crab and cheese roll with a spicy sriracha aioli; and the Wild Card: An indulgent pork shoulder in a tomato and Champagne rosé sauce served over penne pasta with fresh Parmesan.
The excitement continued with a playful line-up of cocktails including the Acropolis Punch, Triple Seven, Godfather, and the Make a Deal, ensuring a winning night all round. And it wasn’t just the patrons who won. Acropolis also came out on top, scooping the award for best booth.
