Reset your life
It close to the start of the New Year, and while many people will set out on a mission to change their bodies, health and financial situation, it’s important that a part of your resolutions involve resetting your spiritual life.
So:
Meditate
You must spend time meditating. Create an environment that encourages this. You can light a few scented candles and just sit, say nothing, and try not to think too much. Just sit with your eyes closed and then breathe. You will not only feel at peace, but for the issues you had, the solutions will flash through your mind. In this moment you will also see the errors you made, the wrong turns you took on your life’s journey, and you will feel peace within you and around you to go on.
Pray
When you pray, you should show gratitude and admiration to your maker. Unfortunately, a lot of people only pray to receive, but your prayers should seek to uplift and redeem others as well. Develop an attitude of gratitude. Start thanking God for all He has given you, even for the things he holds back.
Give thanks
Build healthy and flourishing relationships by becoming a person of immense gratitude. Give thanks for all you have in your life, because if you’d really sit and analyse your life, you would see that you do have a lot to be thankful for.
