Photo: Latex sensitivity, anyone?
Natural health practitioner, Dr Pauline Channer (right), is pictured with Cari-Med representatives Joelle Bernard (left), commercial manager consumer division; and Kaydeon Thomas, brand manager for SKYN condoms, at the launch of SKYN — a high-end brand of non-latex condoms — at the Palace Cineplex on Friday, December 2. The product was endorsed by Dr Channer who outlined issues related to latex sensitivity. SKYN condoms are manufactured from a material known as polyisoprene, which combines the strength of premium latex with the sensitivity of an ultra-thin condom. Polyisoprene is a suitable alternative for people who are allergic to rubber latex. (Photo: Garfield Robinson)
