PHOTO: Thank You, Cabbies
Montego Bay taxi-operator Dillsdale Bailey (centre) and Joan Hines (left), a sales representative who plays dominoes with the cabbies at the St Claver’s Avenue taxi- stand, make a financial contribution to Janice Pilliner, aunt of the eight orphans whose parents- 33-year-old Rosemarie Wilson, also called ‘Wendy’ and Junior Pilliner, otherwise called ‘Tyan’, a 44-year-old farmer- were killed during a gun attack at their Savanna-la-Mar home late last month.
The contribution which was presented recently was collected from cabbies operating from the St Claver’s Avenue taxi-stand after reading about the brutal slaying of the common-law couple in the Jamaica Observer West. (PHOTO: PHILLIP LEMONTE)
